Service-Based Model
We offer custom game development and related services. Once a project is initiated, planning and resources are allocated, hence no refund is possible after confirmation.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may only be considered:
If the service has not been started.
In case of duplicate payment.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at info@gamezone.org.in with your payment details and reason. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
No Refund for Completed Work
Once the final delivery is made and approved, no refund shall be entertained.
